Bring new life to your pressed pigments and eyeshadows with a few drops of Eyeliner Sealer. Thicker than water to give more control and lasting wear to mattes, satins, iridescents and metallics. Eyeliner Sealer can be used alone on cleansed lid as a colorless primer. Turn your shadows in to liquid liners or use over top of liquid liner to seal in product.
Suggested Usage
Use Stainless Steel palette to mix Eyeliner Sealer with color for eyeliner application. Use mixture all over lid alone, as a base for loose and pressed colors.
