Mechanical/Retractable Brow Pencils 

The Cosmetic Company’s eyebrow pencils are available in 5 shades all designed to match natural brow hair colour. Apply with light strokes, then blend by brushing through with eyebrow brush.
Suggestion: After application, dust brows with a translucent powder, then brush again with an eyebrow brush to “set” color, use our Clear Brow Gel to set brows in place.

Kohl Brow Pencils

Brow Gel

Water-resistant Clear Gel formulated to provide a gentle non-flaking result. This product can be used on lashes for a colorless enhancement or to set Brows after Brow Powder or Brow Pencil application. Those with sensitive eyes and those who wear contact lens find this formulation highly acceptable.
